Executive team


Guil Hastings

Prior to co-founding TopSource in 2000, Guil launched and managed European operations for the leading U.S.-based outsourcing firm, Mastech (now a subsidiary of iGate) which he grew to include 800 consulting professionals in eight countries.

Previously, Guil lived and worked in the People's Republic of China where he founded a consulting firm and served as a visiting professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

He was educated in the U.S. where he holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Murali Santhanam

As TopSource co-founder and director, Murali draws upon his broad experience building and managing outsourcing organizations. He co-founded Scott Systems, which specialized in of offshore delivery of ERP, CRM and eCommerce, ads well as recruitment, resourcing and specialised training. He also founded iGate Global Solutions to combine business process outsourcing with the underlying technology infrastructure to deliver optimised solutions.

Previously, Murali also founded Jobcurry Systems Private Limited, and worked with TCS and Thermax Software Systems. He holds an MBA from XLRI.

Sunil Bane

Also a TopSource co-founder and director, Sunil spent the previous 20 years delivering exceptional outsourcing services to companies throughout the world. He co-founded both Scott Systems and Redbrigade UK. As a member of the management team at Mastech UK, Sunil grew the business from zero to US $43 million supporting technologies such as mainframe and client-server computing, ERP and eCommerce.

Earlier, Sunil worked with Thermax and Blue Star implementing onsite and offshore software solutions for companies across the Middle East and in Europe. He holds PG degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from IIT Bombay.

Richard Lynch

Before co-founding TopSource, Richard gained many years of experience in systems analysis, corporate sales and major account management. He served with Scientific-Atlanta, a leading U.S.-based provider of telecommunications equipment and software, and spent more than ten years with AT&T in management, technical and sales positions.

Richard holds an Information Systems degree from Pennsylvania State University.
