TopSource started in the front room of a flat in London.  We won our first client - still our client today - through a friendly referral.  Since that time, we have added over 240 clients.  Every month, our 175 colleagues process 110,000 payslips and 200,000 accounting transactions. 

We win 75% of our new business through referrals.  This is the ultimate testament to our willingness to work hard to please our clients.

Here are some examples of work that we are doing:

A 170-venue client with 2,500 weekly-paid staff needed a rapid solution to an urgent problem. TopSource was able to move the payroll, reduce the client’s costs, and eliminate all postage charges.  

A 70-venue medical group needed a solution to its uncontrolled purchase-to-pay process.  TopSource took on purchase ledger processing and implemented an invoice approval and workflow solution that reduced costs, saved time and improved supplier relationships. 6,500 invoices are now processed on time, every month and no paper moves around the business.

A well-regarded UK manufacturer was dissatisfied with its outdated payroll service.  They sought and received an integrated payroll and HR solution that helped them reduce cost and improve HR and financial reporting on their 1,400-employee payroll.

A start-up gastro pub group with 27 employees needed help with payroll.  Over the next six years, the business grew to fifteen venues and 600 employees.  TopSource grew to provide payroll and full accounting support services.

A 30-location leisure business with 1,400 employees needed a payroll solution that could scale as the business grew.  Their existing provider was not structured to cope with the massive shifts in employee numbers that occurred with the seasonal nature of the business.  TopSource was able to reduce costs, give fixed pricing, and ensure that all processing could be managed, regardless of time of year.
